What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed. Sale items and custom/personalized products are also final sale.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate this when you contact us. We'll help coordinate the exchange process.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're sorry if that happened! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
